Normal Business Hours
Normal hours for our staff are Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST). However, our online continuing education courses are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, except during periodic system enhancements and maintenance. Because of the difficulty in contacting our many students, system outages will generally not be announced.
Important: If you are attempting to complete your education by a certain date, we strongly advise you to allow several additional days in your schedule to account for possible technical problems -- whether with your Internet connection and system, or our Internet hosts. Please do not wait until the last minute to complete your work.
