2. Primary and secondary money markets
3. Sources of mortgage loans
4. Federal government programs
5. Loan applications, processes, and procedures
6. Closing costs
7. Alternative financial instruments
8. Equal credit opportunity laws (including the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977)
9. State housing agencies, including the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs
