How this Works?

Our Courses

Our courses are provided either online or by Home Study using physical textbooks or downloadable electronic books. They are safe and convenient.

Many Course Options Conveniently Offered

AbsoluteCE offers you a variety of unique course choices and your convenience is guaranteed

  • You can take our courses anywhere and at any time.
  • You don't need to take time off during business hours
  • You don't need to spend time and money traveling to another city (paying for meals and lodging).
  • Our courses are flexible. Take them at your own pace – stopping and starting whenever you want.
  • The enrollment cost is frequently lower than in-person classes.
Are courses TREC approved?

Yes, except for our exam prep course. TREC does not regulate exam prep courses.

Who reports course credits to TREC?

CE: If you have finished a CE course, AbsoluteCE electronically reports your course credits the same day to TREC. This process is both fast and reliable.

SAE/Qualifying: If you are already a licensed real estate agent or broker, AbsoluteCE will electronically report your course credits to TREC. If you are NOT already licensed, and are taking courses to apply for your real estate license, you must submit your course completion certificates to TREC along with your license application materials. We provide all students completing an SAE/Qualifying course with a course completion certificate for their records.

Please note: If you are required to complete SAE/Qualifying courses for your license renewal, you cannot renew until your education credits are posted to TREC’s system. Be sure that all of your course credits appear on your TREC records before renewing. You can check your continuing education status by visiting TREC's website at www.trec.texas.gov/apps/license-holder-search/ and typing in your license number, which will pull up your TREC public profile.

Where do I get answers regarding TREC regulations?

You can go to TREC's website at www.trec.texas.gov or call TREC at 512-936-3000. Or, call us at 800-833-1884. We will always try to help!

Can I go back and review a course once it's completed?

Yes. We created this benefit for students who want to apply what they have learned to their real estate practices. The course material will normally be available for 90 days. Please be aware that quiz and exam questions, if required, cannot be reviewed once taken (per TREC Rules).

What kind of computer do I need?

Our web site and courses are designed to be as simple as possible. Almost any personal computer with an Internet connection works just fine. Many license holders have taken our courses on their iPads.

Can I take the course on more than one computer?

Yes you can, provided you are not logged in on more than one computer at a time. For example, you can log in on your home computer, log off, then resume on your office computer. The key is to properly log off one computer before you login on another.
