Our CE Courses
Our CE courses are offered via our convenient online format, allowing you to study the course materials on your own schedule in the comfort of your home or office and at the speed that is best for you, personally, without the time constraints of other formats, so that you may spend more time on areas that may be more difficult and less time on topics which you master quickly. We electronically submit your course credits to TREC once you have completed the course, passed any TREC-required final exam, and affirmed your completion.
CE Requirements: 18 hours including 4 hours each of Legal Update 1 and Legal Update 2;* and at least 3 hours of contract-related coursework.
*if you are a license holder who sponsors one or more sales agents during
the current license period; is a designated broker of a business entity during
the current license period; or is a delegated supervisor during the current
license period, your 18 hours must also include the 6 hour Broker Responsibility course.
